# Google Antigravity

> Install the Keenable plugin from the Plugin marketplace in Antigravity: web search, page fetch and a web lookup skill, with no API key.

*Plugin*

Keenable is in the [Plugin marketplace in Antigravity](https://antigravity.google/docs/marketplace). The plugin connects Antigravity's agents to Keenable's hosted MCP server and adds a skill for everyday web lookups. It needs no account and no API key.

## Install from the marketplace

1. In the Antigravity app, open the **Customizations** tab in the left sidebar.
2. Click **Marketplace** and find **Keenable**. The card lists what the plugin bundles.
3. Click **+** on the card to install it.

Installed plugins appear under **Customizations → Installed**, where a toggle turns them off and the card's **Uninstall** removes them. A plugin installed in the app also shows up in the Antigravity CLI.

Then ask something that needs the live web, for example:

```text theme={"system"}
Find the release notes for the libraries in this project since our pinned
versions and list the breaking changes.
```

> [!NOTE]
>
> Antigravity may show an **Authenticate** button next to the Keenable server. The tools work without signing in, on the shared public tier.

## What you get

| | What it does |
| - | - |
| `search_web_pages` | Ranked web results with an excerpt of each page, narrowed by site or publication date when needed. |
| `fetch_page_content` | Any URL as clean markdown, or only the part an extraction prompt asks for. |
| `keenable-web` skill | When to search, when to read a page, how to cite. |

## Other ways to install

**Antigravity CLI**

```bash theme={"system"}
agy plugin install https://github.com/keenableai/keenable-antigravity
```

**From the repository.** Clone it into your global plugins folder, or into `.agents/plugins/` of a workspace to enable it for that project only:

```bash theme={"system"}
git clone https://github.com/keenableai/keenable-antigravity ~/.gemini/config/plugins/keenable
```

**Gemini CLI.** The same repository is a Gemini CLI extension:

```bash theme={"system"}
gemini extensions install https://github.com/keenableai/keenable-antigravity
```

**MCP server only.** To add the two tools without the skill, put this in `~/.gemini/config/mcp_config.json` and restart Antigravity, which reads the file at startup:

```json theme={"system"}
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "keenable": {
      "serverUrl": "https://api.keenable.ai/mcp-public"
    }
  }
}
```

## Higher rate limits

The plugin sends no credentials, so it runs on the shared public tier at [lower rate limits](https://docs.keenable.ai/rate-limits.md). To search on your own account, create an API key in the [console](https://app.keenable.ai/console) and add a second server with it in `~/.gemini/config/mcp_config.json`:

```json theme={"system"}
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "keenable-account": {
      "serverUrl": "https://api.keenable.ai/mcp-public",
      "headers": {
        "X-API-Key": "keen_<your_key>"
      }
    }
  }
}
```

The skill works with either server. See [Authentication](https://docs.keenable.ai/authentication.md).

## Data

The plugin talks only to `https://api.keenable.ai/mcp-public` over HTTPS. Search queries and requested URLs are sent to Keenable with an `X-Keenable-Title: antigravity` header that identifies the plugin's traffic. It sends no credentials, runs no local code or shell commands and reads no local files.
