# ChatGPT and Codex

Keenable is a published plugin in OpenAI's Plugins Directory, the catalog shared by ChatGPT and Codex — no config file, no developer mode, and no MCP URL to paste. It bundles web search and page fetch with two skills: focused lookups, and multi-source research with citations.

## Install

### Add the plugin

Open the listing, or find **Keenable** in the directory from ChatGPT or Codex, and install it.

### Sign in

The plugin authenticates with your Keenable account through OAuth — click through the sign-in prompt on first use. There is no API key to paste: usage is attributed to the account you connect, and the [rate limits](/rate-limits) and [credits](/credits) that apply are its own.

### Use it

Two tools become available: `search_web_pages` for ranked results, and `fetch_page_content` to read any URL as clean markdown. Ask something that needs the live web, or point it at a URL.
