https://api.keenable.ai/mcp. Add the server in an mcp_config.json file, or with one command from the Keenable CLI.
Install
mcp_config.json
Devin Local reads MCP servers from these files. Use the user-scope file to make Keenable available in every project:
Add this entry to one of them:
serverUrl, not url. Create a key in the console, and see Authentication for details. To run on the public tier, omit the headers block. The public tier allows 1,000 requests per hour and up to 10 per second per IP address (see Rate limits).
Don’t commit a config file that holds your key. Put the key in .devin/mcp_config.local.json or the user-scope file.
Legacy Windsurf path
If you still have a pre-rebrand install, the same JSON works at~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json.
Keenable CLI
Install the CLI, sign in, and write the Devin Desktop entry:keenable login opens a browser device-code sign-in and stores your credentials locally. configure-mcp --windsurf writes the Devin Desktop entry with the stored key. The flag keeps the Windsurf name. To remove the entry, run keenable reset --windsurf. For other ways to install the CLI, see CLI.
Use it
Ask Devin Desktop a question that needs the web, for example “What are the fastest inference providers in 2026? Cite your sources.” It callssearch_web_pages and answers with linked sources. For a known URL, ask it to read the page with fetch_page_content.
See MCP server for the tool list and every other client.
